Shipping Costs (Including Applicable VAT)

The applicable shipping costs are displayed transparently during the checkout process.

Unless otherwise stated, the following shipping rates apply:

  • Germany: €4.90 per order
  • Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg: €8.90 per order

Free shipping may be granted depending on the order value and will be displayed accordingly during checkout.

We offer free shipping for orders above the following minimum order values:

  • Germany: from €50
  • Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg: from €80

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Germany
  • Belgium
  • Netherlands
  • Luxembourg

We plan to expand our delivery areas in the future. Certain regions or territories may be excluded from shipping.

 

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified on the respective product page, the following delivery times apply:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg: 3–5 business days

The estimated delivery time is displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the delivery address, order volume, or external circumstances.

 

Additional Delivery Information

  • Orders are shipped through external fulfillment and shipping service providers located in Germany.
  • If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be informed accordingly.
  • For orders containing multiple items, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

This email will contain your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the current status of your shipment at any time directly through our shipping partner (DHL).
